The Bideford Youth Pipe Band is based in the "Little white town" of Bideford on the rugged North Devon coast. Traditional mat based Pilates classes taught in Bideford, suitable for all range of abilities. Small class numbers focusing on improving flexibility, increasing muscle strength and tone (particularly of the abdominal muscles) and balancing muscular strength on both sides of the body.
