The Roundtable is non-religious, non-political and non-sectarian. It is a place for young men (18-45) to make friends, have fun and help their communities.
The Library is open five days a week and offers the full range of library services for adults and children. The main library is busy with over 200 visitors each day and if you need a quieter place to study, the non-fiction room has tables and public access computers. The children have their very own
Goodliving Christian Bookshop opened in 2001, and exists to serve the Church in North Devon and throughout the world, and to be a Christian witness here in Mill Street Bideford. The shop is owned and managed by Christina Harris, assisted by husband Phil.

We are an independent bookshop who have been trading through thick and thin for 20 years in a lovely original fronted Victorian shop on Bideford High Street. We sell books, toys, jigsaws, including Gibsons jigsaws for adults, and a wide selection of cards, postcards and stationery such as diaries
We are a lived-experience led organisation. All our staff – and many of our Trustees – have experience of a significant bereavement, some from a very young age.
Alabaré provides supported housing for homeless adults who need support to move into independent living, and floating support to adults living in their own accommodation, to prevent homelessness. In Bideford, Charis House provides accommodation for 9 people who are homeless and have complex needs as
