My name is Anneli and Fancy Something Sweet is my confectionery business. It all began in my little commercial kitchen at the bottom of my garden in Buckland Brewer in 2012. We have a five star rated kitchen where all the confectionery is made.
We are a lived-experience led organisation. All our staff – and many of our Trustees – have experience of a significant bereavement, some from a very young age.
Handmade artisan sourdough bread. Flour, water, salt, sea air and time. These are the only ingredients you'll find in The Appledore Bakery's now legendary loaves and bagels.
