I am a sole trading business which was established in 2002 in Butchers Row Bideford. We moved to Grenville Street in 2014. We now sell Model Railway items from track to trainsets & everything in between. We also sell Slotcar (mainly Scalextric) racing items from sets to individual bits of track.
Traditional mat based Pilates classes taught in Bideford, suitable for all range of abilities. Small class numbers focusing on improving flexibility, increasing muscle strength and tone (particularly of the abdominal muscles) and balancing muscular strength on both sides of the body.
Situated next door to The Burton at Bideford, Café du Parc is a fabulous meeting place for breakfast, lunch and relaxing chats over coffee and a cake. The café is bistro-style, giving it a light, airy atmosphere with friendly staff who’ll make you feel at home.
