Yoga Class at Sunshine & Snow - Every Friday & Saturday

This is a new Yoga class starting on Fridays & Saturdays in North Devon: Sunshine & Snow, Bideford.
Class will be a dynamic vinyasa practice, held in the light and airy loft space above the shop

• Every Friday & Saturday morning at 10am 
• Places are £8pp, pay as you go
• No yoga experience necessary.

Come as you are, just bring a mat if you have one (or let me know if you'd like to borrow one).
Message me with any questions or to book a space.
There's a beautiful coffee shop downstairs too so you can eek out the experience a bit longer.
