THE runner's strength class! Our moto?

"We don't just run, we run strong!".

Run Strong Club is a strength and conditioning class for runners of all abilities and experiences who are wanting to incorporate simple strength training into their routine, to build their strength and, ultimately, improve their running performance alongside fellow runners with the same goals.

Every week, the session is tailored towards exercises that will benefit us as runners using our own body weight, physical weights and resistance bands.
Adaptations are always available to suit everyone and no week is the same to keep it interesting!

Every third week is "drills week". For the first half of the session we focus on technique drills (think high knees, knee drive, plus many more!), followed by a shortened version of our strength and conditioning. 

We also have regular socials involving Parkrun and breakfast.

Join us every Wednesday 6-7pm at Bideford College Gymnasium!
