We can offer you an initial appointment where we will listen to you and discuss your difficulties and your options for therapy. We can offer you one-to-one appointments, either face-to-face or over the telephone, as well as the possibility of attending group workshops if they are more suitable for you. We work with you using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This approach looks at how our thoughts, feelings and behaviours interact. It is a proven talking treatment for helping you to make changes to help you feel better. We can also offer you the option of doing our online CBT programme, Silvercloud if that is what you prefer. We will work closely with you to review your progress regularly and agree next steps. If you feel really to make changes, we can help you to manage things differently, get more out of life and feel more confident in the future.
