At Hiron & Sons we pride ourselves on quality and service. We specialise in whole animal butchery which means we avoid buying packaged cuts of meat wherever possible. We feel this is the best way to ensure quality and animal welfare, working with Local Farmers and cutting out the corporate middleman means we can provide some of the best local free-range produce at realistic prices. Longhorn Beef from Clovelly, Corn fed Free-range Chicken and Lamb from Beechridge Farm in Wellington and Free-Range Pork from Prestige Pork at Orchard Farm in Taunton as well as a vast selection of local Game in the freezer. We also produce a wide range of Sausages, Burgers and our own dry-cured Bacon in house and we do a great selection of cold sliced meats all cooked in house. We stock the full range of Stokes “Artificial-Free” Sauces and local Free Range Eggs and Local Honey. We also have a fully functional e-commerce website allowing you to order online or by phone and choose an evening home delivery slot at time that’s convenient for you. Run by father and Son team, Scott & Steve who are 5th & 6th generation owners of their 126 year old Family business which originated in North-West London. We Have a Shop on Mill Street open to the public 7.30am-5pm Tues-Friday and 7.30pm-3pm on Saturdays and we can also Supply Restaurants, Cafes and B&B Business owners.
