Catherine Short, an ex-dancer with a passion for health, wellness and mobility uses all her services to support each other helping you be your best.  She runs group and one to one Pilates classes as well as functional fitness classes on our beautiful beach Westward Ho! 

Her Pilates training is a key support for her Sports therapy and assists in improving posture, strengthening muscles and boosting performance. 

All Pilates and fitness instruction is available as an online option if you are unable to reach classes.

The Sports Massage Therapy is all offered from the comfort of your own home as a mobile facility.
