The Powerhouse Gym provides separate and more than adequate changing facilities for both men and women.

• Room 1 provides a range of cardiovascular equipment with all the staple training equipment required to keep an elevated heart rate.
• Room 2 provides a mix of upper body machines and free weights, with a selection of plate loaded strength equipment and a good selection of free weights and plates for all abilities.
• Room 3 provides a selection of lower body equipment, this is where you will find one of the biggest leg press and hack squat machines in the Southwest! Room 3 also offers a 18m x 3m open space for short sprints, sled work and other functional training exercises.
